YakDocs is the family scholar: it takes a template and fills it with data from tools like Monday, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Shopify or Procore. YakSign is the diplomat who gets everything in writing. Put them together and a document goes from data to signed in one move.

How they work together

• Generate, then deliver. When YakDocs generates a document, from its API, a Monday board or item view, the Procore sidebar or an interview form, it can hand the result straight to YakSign to send for signature.
• Signed copies come home. When everyone has signed, YakSign writes the result back to YakDocs, so the signed document sits next to the one you generated.
• No separate setup. Opening YakSign from YakDocs starts a YakSign trial for you automatically.

Good for

Quotes, proposals, offer letters, NDAs and change orders: anything where the document already lives in your data and the signature is the last step.

Family note: YakSign insists YakDocs signs for the quill too. YakDocs is drafting a template for that.
